For a lot of us, driving is a wonderful opportunity to notice. Do we Name or Label the drivers we see? Idiot! Jerk! Slowpoke! Speed Demon! Notice!
Do we Name that Red Light "Too Long!" Notice!
When you Notice, congratulations are in order. Not recriminations.
We all do it. But awareness is the key.

When in nature, I practice observing nameless flowers and other natural delights. This brings the wonder more fully into focus. Without a name, it is brighter, often more lovely or more importantly it is what it is. I began doing this when I asked my father what the name of this yellow flower was. His wise reply, "yellow flower."
